As a Customer Service Publications/Typesetting Representative, you will you have the unique opportunity to satisfy both internal and external customers. You primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, receiving details of foreclosed properties, reviewing legal documents for accuracy, compiling necessary documents and forwarding these documents to the Publisher, and comparing, transmitting and confirming data.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent comprehension, listening and negotiating skills, good writing, punctuation and proofreading skills, PC skills—including (but not limited to) proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent typing skills (60+wpm).

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Performing requirements analysis with subject matter experts and users. • Participating in the architecture and design reviews • Working within the development team and IT Project Manager to provide solutions for complex issues • Contributing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures for design, development, testing, and documentation, contributing to high quality, reliable systems that meet or exceed business needs. • Contribute in the formulating and defining scope, objectives and technical direction for new or modified applications and leads systems analysis, design, development and implementation efforts. • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members. • Ensuring application design fits within the Company’s vision
Job Experience Required • Solid experience working with Business Workflows and software development lifecycle including agile methodologies. (1 year) • Some experience with business requirements analysis, operational readiness and system support of a continuous operating environment (2 years) • Knowledge of WinForms, C#, XML and ASP.NET is essential (3 years) • Experience in Object Oriented models and .NET framework 2.0 or greater (2 years) • Solid knowledge working with Microsoft SQL server, and the implementation of complex SQL stored procedures (4 years) • Technical experience with operating systems, tools and utilities, software integration, systems design, application design and development methods. • Working with process owners and identifying information technology solutions that enable business process improvements (2 years) • Mentoring developers in process and technology.(2 years)

Our Auctioneer/Posting Agent role is unique: this is no ordinary desk job. If you are adventuresome and looking for a constantly changing landscape, this is the job for you!
Qualified candidates will be responsible for coordinating sales, which require the ability to communicate with a large crowd in a loud, outdoor environment. Additional responsibilities include posting notices related to foreclosure actions in surrounding counties. You will manage the process from start to finish and communicate results to internal admin staff. You will be provided with a company car, laptop, cell phone, and GPS system. This duty also involves standing for long periods of time.
Qualifications must include enjoyment of public speaking, strong voice that projects in a noisy environment, outgoing/take charge personality, well spoken and articulate. Additional requirements include the ability to work well in a fast paced environment, good verbal and communication skills, and a strong team player that can handle stressful situations. All our employees should possess excellent prioritization skills, high-attention to detail and accuracy, self-starter/self-motivated, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and ability to work independently. Ability to use technology, map reading, Thomas Guide's, are essential, as is a Class C Drivers license, a valid CDL and a good driving record. A clean driving extract from the DMV will be required should an in person interview take place. Prefer residents of LA, Orange, or Riverside counties.
