Job Description: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering and creating functional specification documents. Design, develop, build, test and maintain business critical windows applications, websites & web services using .Net and SQL Server. Conduct performance tuning of existing SQL Stored Procedures. Design, develop and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Microsoft SQL Server BI tools for “Foreclosure/Posting/Pubs” industry to better understand business and provide strategic guidance for future initiatives and projects.

Job Requirements: Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Applications, or the foreign degree equivalent; and three years of experience with C#, .NET, ASP.Net, SQL Server, T-SQL, Data warehousing and creating Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI tools such as SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS. Title Assistant - Northwest Title
Northwest Title Company is currently recruiting for a Title Examiner for our Bellevue, WA office.

The title examiner is responsible for searching public records and examining titles to determine legal condition of property titles. This person will examine copies of records (deed of trust, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plat and map books) to determine ownership and legal restrictions and to verify legal description of property. The employee will also summarize recorded documents (mortgages, trust deeds, and contracts) affecting the condition of title to the property. The employee will analyze restrictions and prepare reports outlining the restrictions and actions required to clear title. .

Qualifications must include at least 2 years of title experience and a strong technical and systems knowledge. Thurston and Pierce County experience is a plus!

Additional skills required are excellent customer service, high-attention to detail and accuracy, self-starter, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
